Mini, semi-basement studio was recently completely renovated. It is furnished with double bed (160 x 200 cm), big wardrobe, dining table for 4 persons, dishwasher, kitchen with steel/ceramic oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishes and tableware. It has a small private bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and combined washing-drying machine. It is provided with Wi Fi internet access, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, an iron.

There are some public parking places for short-term parking on the street, payable on the parking machines. The closest public parking house is on Trdinova ulica 9.

  •   The common reception of Apartments Tour As Ljubljana is located at Mala ulica 8, near the City Hotel, at the entrance to the old town’s pedestrian zone.

    Check-in is in person, available from 14:00 to 21:00. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional charge of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge is available. After 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

    Departure is until 10:00, unless agreed otherwise.

    The rental price includes the use of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, internet access, electricity, heating, water, standard ordinary end-of-stay cleaning after departure.

    Extraordinary cleaning, however, is subject to a surcharge - from 45 eur up and refers to: trash not placed in the appropriate public bins, dishes and plates left unwashed, excessive dirt and any other behavior that falls outside common sense.

    At stays that are not longer than 10 to 14 days the price includes as well a 1x change of bedding; at longer stays also weekly cleaning with change of bedding and towels is included.
