The cottage was built in 1981 for the needs of wine growing and wine storage. With the development of viticulture, it was expanded in 1996 and completely renovated in 2017. The building is in the immediate vicinity of the tower Vinarium approx. 200m. It is accessible, with its own parking lot. Not far away are the thermal baths of Lendava, numerous walking and cycling routes. The cottage enables the accommodation of four people. In the vineyard there is a space for socializing, kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. During the summer months, the cottage is pleasantly cooled with air conditioning, while fireplace is there for a pleasant winter evenings.With a glass of homemade wine, on the terrace under the walnut guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lendava hills and the surrounding area.
